It started in a dorm room
In 2021, during my sophomore year of college, I made a decision: I was going to own a candle business.
I've always been the person whose room had to smell good. I burned candles constantly, so often that I'd go through them in no time, and they never seemed to last as long as I wanted them to. I kept wishing for a candle that could keep up with how much I loved to burn them.
That love of fragrance, and of walking into a room that smells like comfort, is what brought my vision to life. With the help and support of my family and friends, I launched Cherry's Flame Fragrance Company.
Why we do it
Our mission is simple: to spread love and tranquility through the power of scent.
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches here in Louisiana, finished with a natural wood wick that crackles softly as it burns, and set in a lidded amber glass jar you'll want to keep long after the last burn. Each jar is wrapped by hand in burlap and twine and tagged with our cherry stamp, so it arrives ready to gift, or ready to keep for yourself.
What goes into every candle
- Soy wax, poured by hand in small batches
- A natural wood wick for a gentle crackle and a wide, even melt
- A 12 oz reusable amber glass jar with a glass lid
- Layered fragrances with distinct top, middle and base notes
